This web service provides access to the Geoscience Australia (GA) ISOTOPE database containing compiled age and isotopic data from a range of published and unpublished (GA and non-GA) sources. The web service includes point layers (WFS, WMS, WMTS) with age and isotopic attribute information from the ISOTOPE database, and raster layers (WMS, WMTS, WCS) comprising the Isotopic Atlas grids which are interpolations of the point located age and isotope data in the ISOTOPE database. This internal database is only publicly accessible through the web service. The data structure currently supports summary ages (e.g., U-Pb and Ar/Ar) as well as extended system-specific tables for Sm-Nd, Pb-Pb, Lu-Hf and O- isotopes. ISOTOPE and the data holdings were initially developed as part of the Exploring for the Future (EFTF) program. Complete analytical data for GA results are available from Geochron Delivery: http://www.ga.gov.au/geochron-sapub-web/. PLEASE NOTE: The layer and attribute names in this service have been modified. This may break applications and other clients with dependencies on the service. For further information please contact Geoscience Australia Client Services at clientservices@ga.gov.au.

This layer contains the location of sites where magnetotelluric (MT) data have been acquired by surveys undertaken by Geoscience Australia and collaborating partners. Location, elevation, data acquisition date and instrument information are provided with each site. The data in this layer are from Geoscience Australia's Magnetotelluric Sites Database - see https://pid.geoscience.gov.au/dataset/ga/148701 for more information.

This web service delivers the geographical extents and descriptive metadata of geophysical datasets from all surveys conducted or managed by Geoscience Australia and its predecessor agencies, as well as from State and Territory geological survey agencies. Datasets include gravity, magnetic, radiometric, and electromagnetic data, and elevation data collected during geophysical surveys. PLEASE NOTE: The layer and attribute names in this service have been modified. This may break applications and other clients with dependencies on the service. For further information please contact Geoscience Australia Client Services at clientservices@ga.gov.au.

This OGC Web Map Service delivers data from Geoscience Australia's Boreholes database (borehole header and directional survey data) and associated geological observations (lithostratigraphic data). The data includes records of boreholes drilled by Geoscience Australia and its predecessor organisations (BMR, AGSO), all boreholes drilled in Australian Commonwealth offshore marine jurisdictions, and a selection of onshore boreholes drilled by government and private entities. Where possible this service conforms to the GeoSciML v4.1 data transfer standard. The data dictionary for this web service is available at https://d28rz98at9flks.cloudfront.net/144576/144576_00_1.pdf. For information on borehole status definitions, refer to https://db-content.ga.gov.au/data_dictionary/Borehole_Status_vocabulary_2021.pdf. PLEASE NOTE: The layer and attribute names in this service have been modifed. This may break applications and other clients with dependencies on the service.
